Oil and Gas Lease Fundamentals – Thursday, September 24th, 2015 – Midland, TX
AAPL’s newest course offering is a foundational level course which examines the meaning and intent of basic lease terms and concepts in an industry-preferred model lease (AAPL Form 675). It explains many frequently encountered provisions and discusses some important regional lease variations or nuances. It is designed to help participants correlate noteworthy events on a leased tract with applicable terms and provisions in the controlling lease and to reinforce essential lease-related skills.
Cost of attendance for members is $250 and $375 for non-members through September 11. After this date, the cost goes up $50. This course qualifies for 6 CEU’s towards RL, RPL and CPL designations.
