Effective May 25, 2016, Samson’s revenue check detail will be presented in a new format. Samson is committed to maintaining and improving royalty and working interest relations, and we believe this check detail change will improve reporting and communication of revenue detail to our owners. To help you transition to the new format, we have included an example of the new format with an accompanying legend.
Also effective with our May 25, 2016 checkwrite, the website through which you can access your check detail online is changing. The new website is as follows:

Check detail issued prior to May 2016 will remain in the prior format.

Registration for this service is simple. Visit the above webpage and click the “register now” button. Your user ID is your 8 digit owner number listed below. This owner number can also be found on the second page of current detail. Only one user ID is allowed per owner number.
A verification process will occur that will require knowledge of the last 4 digits of the social security or TIN. Samson must have the SSN/TIN on file for this service to be utilized.
Additionally, you may choose to receive a monthly email notification when your check detail is available for online viewing. If you are interested in this service, please contact owner relations to add or update your email address. Owners that have provided Samson with an email address will begin receiving this monthly email notification in May 2016.

Rest assured, Samson will still be mailing a physical check and detail to ALL owners who have not elected to receive their checks via direct deposit. That process will continue undisturbed. However, we believe that this cost-free website will become an indispensable tool in the retrieval of your oil and gas statements.
To prevent unauthorized forwarding of any mineral proceeds, letters returned to Samson due to invalid address will result in owner balances being placed in a non-pay status. As a matter of note, mineral proceeds are subject to applicable unclaimed property laws and, if deemed abandoned under such laws, Samson is required to submit such mineral proceeds to the appropriate State office.
