I am trying to improve my resume and am looking at the University of Houston PLM certification; also, are the AAPL RPL or NALTA CPLTA certifications “worth” pursuing from the perspective of increasing hireability and earning potential?

I agree any certifications show you care about your profession. I have also found that your hobbies, interest and charitable duties play a part in the hiring process. Good Luck!

From previous experience, some companies have required that their contractors be a member of certain organizations (for ethical reasons) or they are denied project access. Due to the condition the industry is in right now I would pursue any certification possible and add all relevant ones to my resume. I would hire RPL and CPL over non members.
