You will learn four simple leadership competencies:
1- Bringing your A-Game
2- Conflict Resolution – Dialogue-to-Goals
3- Think Independently, Speak Up, Act Like a Team
4- Set Expectations & Close the Loop
The course is made up of bite sized lectures and exercises that help you harness the skills and apply them in your day-to-day activities.
Participants should bring a goal or objective for the course. Think of two or three situations that exemplify your current leadership/teamwork capabilities and be able to articulate how you would like to improve as a leader/team member. During the video lectures sessions, participants should be willing to discuss the above in the discussion areas.
