In addition, this course would be ideal for anyone interested in getting a clearer understanding of the different contracts used during the exploration and production phases in the development of oil and gas properties.
You will be able to analyze any agreement and determine whether or not it meets the basic elements that render a contract legally enforceable in U.S. courts. In addition, you will be able to identify and explain the impact of each of the basic contracts used in the industry in the development of oil and gas properties.
